The Gifted Child

So I got this note from my Language Arts teacher, and it said that I was eligible to take a test to get into gifted. For those of you who don't know or understand what gifted is, it's a program at most schools were certain students are above the level that they are learning, so they go into a classroom and they learn at the level that they are suppose to be learning. Anyway, I got the letter, and I am going to be going in to take the test in about 2 weeks. I don't know what to expect, but my mom told me that it would be good on my college transcript. I am both excited and nervous, but I hope that I will do well.
